Every model. Every subscription. One secure harness.
A complete coding harness with its own engine: guarded tools, approvals, a browser, terminal, diffs and memory, for any model you bring.
Plans before it builds.
Dashboards your crew builds.
See where every token goes.
Type a secret. The model never sees it.
Your crew, in your pocket.
A crew that works while you sleep.
Every project remembers on its own.
One task, end to end.
Follow one task through the app, the daemon, the engine, the guard and your model. The messages on the right use the real protocol.
The app hands it to the daemon on 127.0.0.1, which keeps one engine per chat.
- You send the task. The daemon queues it for this chat's engine.
- The engine starts the turn and calls your model. It gets the key from the daemon, then streams from your provider.
- The model asks to run a command. The guard checks it against your rules.
- A risky step waits for you. Approve it in the app or on your phone.
- The tool runs inside the guard. The output goes back to the model.
- The model finishes. The reply, the cost and the memory are saved.
- Only model calls leave your Mac. Your phone connects through your own tunnel.

Questions, answered.
The short version of how Crewroom handles your models, keys and code.
A Mac app that runs coding agents on the models you choose. Its own engine, the Crewroom Agent, plans the work, edits your code, runs commands and asks before risky steps.
Sign in with your ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Grok, Google Gemini or Cline plan. Add an API key for Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Kimi, Z.AI / GLM, Qwen, MiniMax, OpenCode Go or OpenRouter. Or run models locally.
Not inside the Crewroom Agent yet. Claude models run there on an Anthropic API key for now.
Yes. Crewroom connects to Ollama and LM Studio on your Mac, so local models cost nothing per token.
Yes. Pick another model and the same chat carries on with its context.
No. When an agent needs a key, it asks for it by name. You type the value into Crewroom's own window, and it goes only into that one command, never into the chat or to the model.
Commands and MCP servers run inside Crewroom's shell guard, which lets them write only in the project folder, temp folders and tool caches. It is a guard rail against mistakes, and risky steps still ask you first.
On your Mac, in files only your user account can read, never in the database. Moving them into the macOS Keychain is in progress.
You pair it with a QR code. It talks straight to Crewroom on your Mac, over Wi-Fi, Tailscale or a tunnel you set up, with no Crewroom server in between.
Not by itself. Your agents talk only to the model providers you picked. The update check can be turned off, and price refresh stays off until you turn it on.
Not yet. Crewroom runs on macOS today; Windows comes later.
Pricing will be announced. Model usage is billed by your own providers, on your plans or keys.

Bring the models you already pay for. Everything runs on your Mac.
